QWO Series Inert Gas Oxidation-Free Ovens

The Weisun QWO Series Inert gas ovens protect product from oxidation and can be used with Nitrogen, Argon, CO2 or Helium. Oxygen can be controlled to <50PPM, <20PPM, <10PPM or per customer requirements. A temperature range of ambient to 300 ^oC or 500 ^oC can be specified.

The Weisun QWO Series ovens are manufactured with sturdy double wall construction, multilayered insulation. high temperature door gaskets and high temperature specific components. Temperature uniformity is excellent to ensure precise air flow and repeatability. HEPA air filtration systems are available.

Air N2, or or indirect water cooling options are available.

Microcomputer control ensures precise ramp up, soak, and cool down times. Safety is our priority and all QWO ovens have a range of interlocks and safety features.

Clean Room Class 100 – Class 10 Oxidation Free Curing for Low O2 % required Curing processes.
