The QHWOL Series cabinet ovens are designed to meet the highest standards of cleanliness in controlled atmosphere oxidation-free curing.Simple operation and multiple modes allow for process flexibility. Microprocessor control and +/- 2 oC temperature uniformity at temperatures of up to 550 oC (1022 oF) meet the requirements of a wide range of industries.

Features:

  • Can used with Argon, CO2, N2, and Helium gases.
  • Temperature: Room Temperature to 500 oC (1022 oF)
  • Standard cleanliness level is < Class 100.
  • Oxygen density < 20ppm.
  • N2 and water cooling are standard
  • < 60 minutes ramp up time to 300 oC.
  • Programming: PC/PLC based, Ethernet connection standard for CIM, EAP, SECS/GEM
